Villa Andrea is located in an amazing and central location on the shores of Verbania, overlooking the beautiful lake Maggiore and Italian Alps. The Villa is within a 5 minute walking distance to the restaurants and amenities of downtown Pallanza, and approximately a 25 minute walk (or 10 minute bike ride) from the world famous Botanical Gardens of Villa Taranto and is close to Intra with all its shopping and restaurants.
Villa Andrea is directly across a pedestrian and biker friendly street from The Grand Hotel Majestic, a member of small luxury hotels of the world, with it's world class restaurant.
Guests may enjoy Villa's entire park. Outdoor pool can be enjoyed during summer months.
The Villa offers multiple parking spaces, inside its gated park. The grounds of Villa Andrea are ideal for outdoor sunbathing, relaxation, dining and leisurely strolling. Guests may enjoy the entire interior of the Villa, its beautiful park and private outdoor pool.

Villa Andrea is a three level 650 sq. mr. (7000 sq. ft.) Liberty period (art Nouveau) residence, circa of 1900's, recently renovated, perched on a 2500 sq. mr. (0.6 acre) beautiful cascading private park with numerous paths winding between centuries old magnolias, palms, banana and maple trees . The gated property contains the main Villa, an outdoor pool and plenty of parking space for multiple cars.
In the basement there is a tavern, consisting of a large living room with a fireplace and a full kitchen, fitness room with a bathroom and a large laundry room. On the ground floor there is a large living room, full kitchen, dining room and a vanity bathroom. In addition, there are two bedrooms, one with a Jacuzzi and a separate bathroom. An impressive fine marble and wrought iron staircase leads to the upper floor. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. There are also two additional bedrooms and a bathroom. All bedrooms boast terraces, large windows, lake, mountain and park views and walkout balconies.

The Pallanza ferry dock is conveniently located within a 5-minute walk from Villa Andrea, from where you can visit the world-famous islands of Lake Maggiore (Isola Bella, Isola Madre and Isola dei Pescatori) and neighboring towns like Stresa, Baveno, Intra and many others. Across from the ferry dock is downtown Pallanza with its numerous boutiques, winding streets, gelato shops and gourmet restaurants.
A private gate from the grounds of Villa Andrea leads you directly across the street to the main entrance of the Grand Hotel Majestic, where you can enjoy its amazing Ristorante La Beola overlooking lake Magiorre. There is no need for a taxi, just stroll across the street and enjoy…!
If you are in the mood for shopping, exploring and dining experiences, Intra, another beautiful town on Lake Maggiore, is a 10-minute drive from Villa Andrea.
